Dear Eternal Companions Team,

I am writing to formally express my deepest gratitude for Tyler and Oliver regarding the burial of Hope and Esmée today, Friday, September 18th.

Tyler’s exceptional professionalism, patience, and compassion made a profoundly difficult afternoon much easier to bear. I am incredibly grateful for the assistance in locating and properly updating the consolidated records for my five previous companions under the “Camille 5” file.

Additionally, please extend my sincere thanks to Oliver for his meticulous care in laying Hope and Esmée out so beautifully, and for his kindness in restoring and cleaning the older marker for Lilly, Simba, Pooh Bear, Nanouk, and Figaro so their names could be clearly read under the sun.

I also want to deeply thank both Tyler and Oliver for their patience in helping me navigate the video call technology so my son, Erik, could witness the burial remotely, as he was unable to be there physically. Oliver’s quick tip to flip the camera view made all the difference, and it meant the world to us that Erik could be included in that moment. Thank you also for your sensitivity in letting me depart before the soil was placed.

Tyler and Oliver represent the absolute highest standard of care and empathy.

Losing our beloved Jacky-Girl has been devastating, and your care, patience, and understanding have brought us a great deal of comfort during the aftercare process.

I would like to express our deepest appreciation regarding our experience at Eternal Companions yesterday. My friend Judy and I attended the Woodlawn location for the private cremation of Judy’s cat Lili. The two individuals in attendance, Tyler and Oliver, provided exceptional services from the moment we arrived until we left with Lili’s remains. They were compassionate, respectful and knowledgeable. I cannot thank them enough.
