Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme, l’empathie, générosité, patience et dédication du personnel des Compagnons Éternels. Je n’aurais jamais pensé que cela existait d’être aussi bien accueillit et servit dans des circonstances aussi difficile et éprouvante que celle de gérer le décès son animal. Dans mon cas, j’ai perdu mon perroquet Charlie adoré et je ne sais pas quand ma tristesse et à quel point il me manque chaque jour diminuera. Avec le temps j’imagine… Mais il est impératif pour moi de mentionner que consulter l’équipe des compagnons éternels pour leur confier mon Charlie et sa crémation, m’a tellement rassuré et aider dans mon processus de deuil de façon significative ! Leur douceur, calme, accueil sans jugements et souci du détail m’ont tellement rassuré. De pouvoir avoir confiance que la dépouille de son animal sera traité avec tout le respect du monde m’a beaucoup aidé à faire plus de paix avec sa mort. Cela est grâce à cette merveilleuse équipe que je remercie du plus profond de mon coeur. Merci encore pour toute votre gentillesse, travail et attention. Vous êtes des gens précieux dans notre monde actuel ! La urne avec la plaque et votre belle carte sont si magnifique et je suis sûre que Charlie et s’est envolé vers son dernier voyage en paix et sérénité grâce à vous. Merci encore !

Today is the 6-month cremation anniversary of our dear, sweet Persian cat, Tony who lived to almost 16. I couldn’t write this review earlier as it was too difficult. I chose Eternal Companions after calling a few places and found this place to be the most professional and compassionate. From the first discussions with Samantha who arranged the service and urn, to the cremation service in Woodlawn with Damien, everything was handled so perfectly. The cremation building is kept meticulously clean and it is in a nice quiet rural area. We chose to witness the cremation and I was impressed how compassionate and professional Damien handled the matter. I am glad I chose Eternal Companions and highly recommend it over all others. An important service for pets in the Ottawa area.

The Eternal Companions staff were very compassionate and caring when they contacted us about our Lily’s final arrangements. And the gentleman who returned Lily home to us was very kind and compassionate as well. We sincerely thank you for helping us through this.

Au moment où Lilly nous a quittés si soudainement, la douleur et la surprise ont été immenses. Lilly occupait une place unique dans le cœur d’Andreane, Jonathan, Juliette et Sofia et son départ laisse un grand vide. Mon petit chat Claudio est revenu à la maison aujourd’hui. J’ai versé quelques larmes d’émotion, de voir l’urne, l’empreinte d’une patte, le brin de fourrure, la carte de condoléances. Tout a été fait avec minutie et respect .Je tiens à vous remercier de votre présence, d’avoir été là pour moi lors du décès de Claudio. Claudio sera toujours avec moi. Merci encore!

Saying goodbye to Scamps, our best friend and travel buddy, was incredibly difficult.
Rescued from neglect, he spent 16 joyful years by our side, sharing adventures, camping, road trips, and unconditional love.
From the moment we called… Eternal Companions showed true compassion. The Staff (Val, I think) and the Gloucester team welcomed us with warmth and gently guided us through a heartfelt farewell. Scamps was treated with deep respect and love, and we’re sincerely grateful.
The beautiful plaque bearing Scamps’ name, with “Rusty” lovingly added beside him, is flanked by paw prints and mounted on a handcrafted pine box that now rests proudly in our home. The box holds both of their remains.
Friends Forever, a reminder of the love and memories we’ll always carry.
