We would like to sincerely thank Colleen and Sydney from the Ottawa Office for their professionalism and understanding during our difficult time. In addition we would like to especially thank Tyler and Oliver from the Woodlawn Crematorium for their dedication and care they took in dealing with the cremation of our beloved best friend Cooper. Today is the 6-month cremation anniversary of our dear, sweet Persian cat, Tony who lived to almost 16. I couldn’t write this review earlier as it was too difficult. I chose Eternal Companions after calling a few places and found this place to be the most professional and compassionate. From the first discussions with Samantha who arranged the service and urn, to the cremation service in Woodlawn with Damien, everything was handled so perfectly. The cremation building is kept meticulously clean and it is in a nice quiet rural area. We chose to witness the cremation and I was impressed how compassionate and professional Damien handled the matter. I am glad I chose Eternal Companions and highly recommend it over all others. An important service for pets in the Ottawa area.

The Eternal Companions staff were very compassionate and caring when they contacted us about our Lily’s final arrangements. And the gentleman who returned Lily home to us was very kind and compassionate as well. We sincerely thank you for helping us through this.

Mon petit chat Claudio est revenu à la maison aujourd’hui. J’ai versé quelques larmes d’émotion, de voir l’urne, l’empreinte d’une patte, le brin de fourrure, la carte de condoléances. Tout a été fait avec minutie et respect .Je tiens à vous remercier de votre présence, d’avoir été là pour moi lors du décès de Claudio. Claudio sera toujours avec moi. Merci encore!

Saying goodbye to Scamps, our best friend and travel buddy, was incredibly difficult.
Rescued from neglect, he spent 16 joyful years by our side, sharing adventures, camping, road trips, and unconditional love.
From the moment we called… Eternal Companions showed true compassion. The Staff (Val, I think) and the Gloucester team welcomed us with warmth and gently guided us through a heartfelt farewell. Scamps was treated with deep respect and love, and we’re sincerely grateful.
The beautiful plaque bearing Scamps’ name, with “Rusty” lovingly added beside him, is flanked by paw prints and mounted on a handcrafted pine box that now rests proudly in our home. The box holds both of their remains.
Friends Forever, a reminder of the love and memories we’ll always carry.

I lost my cat Pixie from a heart thrombose and I was put in touch with Eternal companions to know how I could proceed with her remains to be cremated. The staff was so kind and so human, I felt at ease and comfortable. I was given a few options and all this done with warmth and sympathizing with my grief.
I received emails with all the details and from there I chose a day for my sweet Pixie to be picked up in Montreal. I received a call when she arrived and then I was told they would stay in touch and within a few days the cremation would be done.
There was not a long wait and I was always kept informed. When it was time to chose an urn, I was also sent options from which to choose from and to take my time, to not rush to take a decision. It is important to hear a kind voice and kind words when we grieve and that is what the staff did for me.
I finally picked up my Pixie in her beautiful little urn. I was received with warmth, a smile and lovely words to tell me how sorry she was for my loss. The urn was accompanied with a paw print and fur from Pixie with a lovely beautiful card.
I wish to thank the staff of Eternal Companions. Being human in those time is precious.
