October 2024:
Eternal Companions, the support and presentation for Diesel in his journey to cross the rainbow bridge, was more than expected. From the first phone call, through the email communication, till D arrived home.
Diesel “D” was my furboy, he was my best friend, companion in the time of need, my Tim Horton’s buddy, my co-worker (he went with me on field service calls, sat in the truck and watched over me).
Our loss of D was devastating, his sister Hallee (cat) and a close friend of mine. Are just loss of words on what Eternal Companions team did for us and D.

First I was greeted by a loving, happy fluff ball at the door upon arrival. I immediately knew I was in the right place, in that moment, that I very much needed. The caring staff at the Rigaud establishment were absolutely wonderful. They knew this was a first visit for me and they made me feel very at ease as I was nervous. The compassion I received that day was beautiful. The care taken by the staff was comforting. I knew my baby had been in good care. Thank you for making a heartbreaking goodbye better than I could have ever imagined. I will be forever thankful for the comfort I received that day. Melanie & Otis

The help and caring they did!! Walter was my best friend.. he was there when i needed him. He was my loveable trouble maker. he was the most kind dog I knew. Kids could pulkl his tail and his ears. he just game me the look of, can I go now. he will be missed….

Nous avons reçu un excellent service de la part de tout le personnel de votre firme. Notre compagne Ginger qui était âgée de 14 ans et 5 mois a été récupérée à l’Hôpital vétérinaire de Candiac. Par la suite,, nous avons reçu un appel confirmant qu’elle était bel et bien arrivé chez vous, Lorsque nous nous sommes présentés sur place pour récupérer les cendres, et l’urne vous nous avez offert de s’assoir et de prendre un café discuter de nos expériences avec nos animaux qui ont eu une grande importance dans nos vies.
